An Adult Home is intended for individuals over the age of 60 who would benefit from some support and supervision. The individual would need to be able to ambulate independently with or without an assistive device, dress themselves independently and maintain their personal hygiene.

Each resident bedroom and bathroom is equipped with an emergency call button where they can easily communicate with staff.
Each resident utilizes their own primary physician. Transportation is provided to and from appointments.
Trained staff administer medications at the appropriate times as indicated by physicians orders.
Westminster Manor is an Adult Home that supports residents with memory impairment by providing cues and reminders as needed.
All of the rooms are private, but we do have larger rooms to accommodate couples.
Each residents room has their own bathroom.
Residents may have visitors any time that suits them. The building is secured at night, but staff may let visitors in to see residents.
BINGO, Wii Bowling, cards, dominoes, pet visits, lunch at area restaurants (Weedsport, Port Byron, Skaneateles, etc), trips to Merry-Go-Round playhouse, picnics, live entertainment, walks, large print books, audio books, reminiscing, manicures, ice cream socials, cookouts, S’mores on the patio, visits from Poppy’s ice cream truck, magicians, trips to local horse farms, and so much more.
We encourage residents to decorate and furnish their room so they feel right at home, surrounded by their favorite furniture and keepsakes. Westminster Manor can also provide furniture at no additional cost.
Westminster Manor has its own van for small group going out on scheduled doctors appointments, hair appointments, and other misc errands.
No. Transportation is included as part of our services.
Residents are free to bring their car as long as their physician agrees they are still safe to drive.
Yes. Residents are encouraged to invite guests to join them. Resident meals are 8am, Noon, and 5pm. Please notify the front office, 24 hours in advance. $3.00 per guest for lunch or dinner. $5.00 for Holiday Meals.
No free sweets or added sodium. All menus are created under the advisement of a Registered Dietician.
Residents are discretely given a wellness check by staff on an hourly basis from 11PM-7AM.
All residents laundry is washed individually and is not mixed with others. There is no need to label clothing.
