Westminster Manor opened its doors to residents July 1, 1962 and has provided residential housing and support services ever since. Some of the services included in the daily rate are 24 hour contact with the nursing staff, furnished rooms, three meals served in an attractive dining area, housekeeping, laundry, transportation to appointments, maintenance, scheduled planned activities and assistance with personal care needs, including supervision of medication.
Westminster Manor offers modified apartment living to the frail elderly population. The single-level design affords residents easy access to all parts of the building. Each of the 32 rooms is private and includes a partial or full bath. Community areas are graciously decorated. There is a classic living room with a bay window and fireplace. Outdoors there are many tree-shaded areas for strolling or just relaxing.

The services provided are in accordance with the facility’s license from the New York State Department of Health.
